You will support budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting while exploring opportunities to improve how Finance collects and communicates information.

The role emphasizes analytical curiosity, attention to detail, and learning about business drivers. Proficiency with Excel, Power Query, Power BI, and AI tools will be valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field.
• 0 to 2 years of financial analysis, accounting, internship, or related experience.
• Internship experience in Finance, Accounting, FP&A, Business Analytics, or related discipline.
• Familiarity with Power BI, Power Query, SQL, ERP systems, automation tools, data visualization, or AI.

Responsibilities

• Support forecasting and budgeting processes by gathering and analyzing financial and operational data.
• Perform variance analysis across actual results, forecasts, and budgets, and explain key drivers.
• Ask thoughtful questions to understand drivers of performance.
• Translate financial analysis into conclusions, implications, and actions for audiences.
• Maintain and enhance financial models and management reporting tools.
• Analyze trends and investigate variances; collaborate with Accounting and Operations to resolve questions.
• Prepare and maintain KPI reporting linking drivers to outcomes.
• Assist with capital expenditure tracking and performance analysis.
• Support bid pricing, labor rate, and burden analyses as needed.
• Collaborate to ensure analyses are based on accurate data.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, standardization, and decision support.
• Automate repetitive finance activities using Excel, Power Query, Power BI, AI, or other tools.
• Use AI and emerging tech to support research and reporting with transparency.
