New York Life - North Dakota is seeking a self-motivated, integrity‑driven professional to help clients build long‑term financial security through insurance, annuities, and investments. A three‑year training program, marketing support, and mentorship from established agents support your development.

You will use a research‑based approach, prospect for clients, and manage financial plans with a CRM, communicating complex concepts clearly and upholding high ethical standards.

Competenze

• Strong relationship management skills and/or experience required.
• Ability to successfully network to prospect new potential clients is a must.
• Candidates need to be able to communicate complicated concepts and maintain strong principles such as honesty and integrity.

• Employ a research-based approach to providing financial advice and strategies based on educational meetings and/or seminars centered on client risk tolerance and financial goals.
• Implement social media and other marketing tools to identify, seek, and generate prospects with whom you can foster strong, long‑term relationships as a reliable financial service professional.
• Assess each client’s potential life and financial needs to create an individualized financial plan that leverages the products and services we offer.
• Use a CRM to organize each client’s financial status, goals, cash flow, and monetary expectations for use in their individual financial plan.
• Assist clients with decisions related to life insurance, mutual funds, savings plans, and other financial products and services.
• Participate in educational meetings or seminars relevant to the client's risk tolerance and financial objectives for research before offering sound financial advice.
