Job summary

Cognizant's TriZetto Product House is seeking a Financial Operations Analyst to strengthen financial and operational rigor. You will analyze data, build Excel-based tools, and drive business initiatives to closure while coordinating with teams across the Cognizant ecosystem.

Start date October 2026, location Englewood, CO; annual salary around $65,000 with eligibility for Cognizant's discretionary incentive program based on performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with a major in finance or general business.
• Strong, hands-on Excel skills — comfort level equivalent to using Excel as part of a graduation project.
• VBA macro coding experience in Excel.
• Good understanding of income statements and financial analysis/planning.
• Strong communication skills.
• Problem-solving aptitude with a solution-oriented, self-starter mindset.
• Experience using AI tools to support and accelerate business solutions.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a support function for the business — finance and business-related deliverables (e.g., mapping every associate to their Cognizant job function)
• Build and maintain advanced Excel models and VBA macros to automate recurring analysis
• Support income statement analysis and financial planning
• Use AI tools to accelerate business analysis and speed up decision-making
• Own tasks end-to-end and drive them to closure
