Job summary

BCore is seeking a Junior Financial Integrator in Herndon, VA to support mission-critical cloud provisioning and data management. The role requires collaboration across IT and finance teams to optimize workflows and reporting for government clients.

Responsibilities include user communications, provisioning across AWS/Azure/Google Cloud, and developing SOPs. The position emphasizes accuracy, multi-tasking, and timely, cost-effective customer service.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience with BS/MS in a related field; 5+ years without degree.
• Proficient with MS Access and Excel PivotTables for data analysis.
• Experience using ServiceNow for ITSM workflows.
• Familiarity with Linux command line for data upload and scripting.

Responsibilities

• Produce clear communications to technical and non-technical audiences; track actions and support integration projects.
• Provide technical support including account provisioning for CSPs: AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, IBM Cloud, Oracle Cloud.
• Analyze user requirements and automate or improve existing systems and workflows.
• Perform Tier 1 support to answer customer inquiries and resolve cloud provisioning issues.
• Set up customer cloud accounts using internal systems.
• Coordinate and attend customer meetings to guide provisioning processes.
• Develop SOPs to document team processes.
• Share relevant information with project teams and prepare slides.
• Ensure customer needs are met in a timely and cost-effective manner.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Produce clear communications to a variety of technical and non-technical audiences, track and respond to action items, support and participate in various integration activities and projects of varying urgency, size and complexity


• Provide technical support to include account provisioning support for customers to get access to services from the following cloud service providers (CSPs): Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud IBM Cloud, Oracle Cloud


• Assist with analyzing user requirements, procedures and problems to automate or enhance existing systems and/or workflows


• Perform Tier 1 support to answer customer inquiries and help resolve issues related to the customer’s cloud account and the account provisioning process


• Utilize internal customer systems to set up the customer’s cloud account(s)


• Coordinate and attend customer meetings to provide guidance on the account provisioning process, as needed


• Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to document team processes, as needed


• Communicate relevant customer and business information to the customer and project teams, including collecting data and drafting talking point and preparing presentation slides


• Ensure customer needs are met in a timely and cost-effective manner

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience with BS or MS degree in Business, Finance, IT or related field; 5 yars of experience without a degree


• Experience using MS Access DB


• Experience using MS Excel, particularly creating pivot tables to analyze data


• Experience using ServiceNow


• Experience using Linux command line to upload data


• Must be detail-oriented


• Must be able to multi-task and conform to shifting priorities, demands and timelines

Desired Qualifications:

• Experience with the customer's billing systems


• Great customer service skills


• Great communication skills

What you can expect from us

• The expected salary range within the Washington, DC metropolitan area is: $110,000 - 130,000. Final compensation is unique to each individual and will be determined based on factors such as experience, education, geographic location, and contractual requirements. This is not a guarantee.
