Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field required.
• 0–2 years of experience required.
• Microsoft Suite, EPM experience, Hyperion preferred.
• Strong data mining and analysis skills required.

Responsibilities

• Manage and track cash results daily while ensuring forecast and AOP metrics are met.
• Improve cash forecasting and trend analysis with the vendor resolution team and materials management.
• Manage indirect spending platforms and improve recording and ease of use.
• Create and analyze monthly performance vs. forecast and budget for all responsible areas.
• Develop and record journal entries and reconciliations for month-end closing.
• Assist with financial reporting including year-end tax reporting, budgeting and forecasting.
• Oversee acquisition, maintenance, and disposition of short-term leased vehicles with contract data.
• Maintain internal controls and GAAP compliance.
