A Brief Overview
Reporting to the Assistant Vice President, the Junior Financial Analyst Funds Management will provide assistance and support with activities related to analyzing and underwriting new LIHTC investments. The candidate for this position should demonstrate strength in quantitative analysis and financial modeling, with a focus on detail, and possess an analytical orientation and the initiative to work reliably in a fast-paced environment. This position will primarily work with the Funds Management and Origination team and will have opportunities to collaborate with other internal teams, including investor relations, project management, tax, accounting, and asset management.
We are committed to offering competitive and equitable compensation. The hiring range for this position is generally between $27.00 - $29.00, exclusive of fringe benefits or potential bonuses. This position is also eligible for a performance bonus. Final salaries will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, licenses, certifications, and/or experience. In addition to these factors - we believe in the importance of pay equity. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the general Hiring Range for the role. Hiring at the top of the range is reserved for exceptionally qualified candidates. We consider internal and external factors as a part of every final offer.
