Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Support: Assist in core FP&A activities, including budgeting, forecasting, and detailed variance analysis.
• Business Partnership: Collaborate directly with the management team to gather, validate, and analyze financial and operational data.
• Data Integrity: Proactively identify data gaps and inconsistencies; help streamline reporting processes to improve information flow.
• Modeling & Analysis: Build and maintain sophisticated Excel-based models to provide insights into P&C performance and support business decisions.
• Operational Evolution: Contribute to the "clean-up" and enhancement of data quality in preparation for future system upgrades.

Qualifications
