Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls and emails from a book of clients.
• Discuss asset allocation, brokerage, tax-free and deferred investments.
• Partner with Advisory Team on client contact strategy and reviews.
• Identify asset consolidation opportunities and new product offerings.
• Conduct basic guidance discussions to support client strategies.
• Assist with pre- and post-guidance appointments and follow-ups.
