Job summary

Leeds Professional Resources seeks a motivated Junior Financial Advisor to join our growing team in the United States. This role offers base pay plus bonuses/commission and inbound client opportunities through our broker-dealer platform, enabling you to focus on client relationships and financial guidance.

You will educate clients on retirement planning, wealth management, and insurance while building lasting relationships and maintaining compliant client records.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field preferred.
  • FINRA Series 7 and Series 66 (or 63/65) licenses preferred or willingness to obtain within a specified timeframe.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Self-motivated with a genuine passion for helping clients achieve financial success.
  • High ethical standards and commitment to acting in clients' best interests.

Responsibilities

  • Meet with prospective and existing clients provided through inbound referrals and company-generated opportunities.
  • Conduct comprehensive financial reviews and identify clients' financial goals.
  • Develop personalized financial strategies and investment recommendations.
  • Educate clients on retirement planning, wealth management, insurance, and investment solutions.
  • Build long-term relationships through exceptional service and regular follow-up.
  • Maintain accurate client records and ensure compliance with all regulatory and firm requirements.
  • Collaborate with senior advisors and support staff to deliver a seamless client experience.
  • Stay current on market trends, financial products, and industry regulations.

Job description

We are seeking a motivated, client-focused Junior Financial Advisor to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for an advisor looking to build a successful career without the pressure of generating all of their own leads. This role offers a base plus bonus and commission. This role requires fluency in English and Spanish and a Series 7.

Unlike many advisor positions, this role receives qualified inbound business through our broker-dealer platform, allowing you to focus on what you do best—building relationships, providing financial guidance, and delivering exceptional client service.
