Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Solid understanding of GAAP preferred.
• 2 years of accounting/finance experience or internship.
• Proficiency in Excel (reconciliations, basic formulas).

Responsibilities

• Assist daily accounting and finance operations including journal entries.
• Prepare and post journal entries in the general ledger.
• Assist with monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes.
• Perform bank, credit card, and account reconciliations.
• Review and reconcile invoices, expenses, and transactions.
• Assist with budget tracking, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Assist with financial statements, schedules, and internal reports.
• Support accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
• Ensure accuracy and compliance with internal policies and accounting standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support financial requests and audits.
• Identify discrepancies and assist in resolving accounting issues.
