Responsibilities

• Assist in obtaining and reviewing information for processing shop drawings.
• Manage communication for Requests for Information (RFIs).
• Prepare estimates for changes in work, including review of Change Order requests.
• Study contract drawings for proper coordination and installation.
• Assist in maintenance of contract documents and project logs.
• Distribute construction information to appropriate parties.
• Ensure materials are released for fabrication on time.
• Prepare final records for projects, including OM Manuals.
