Job summary

BlueWater Federal is seeking a JrContract Analyst to support the Defense Health Agency in San Antonio, TX. The role involves managing IDIQ contracts, BPAs, and requirements packages to ensure compliant and effective procurement processes.

Responsibilities include analyzing proposals, identifying price reasonableness, providing expert guidance on DoD contracting principles and systems (FPDS, SAM, FAPIIS), and coordinating DODAAC/GFEBS support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.

• Experience or exposure to federal procurement is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support IDIQ Contracts, BPAs, and work with Requirements Packages.
• Review proposals against history, expenditures, and rates to determine price reasonableness or negotiation position.
• Provide fact-finding, analysis, and resolution of complex problems with concrete action plans.
• Provide expert technical advice, staff coordination and consultation to foster guidelines and new developments.
• Provide DODAAC Coordination and GFEBS IDOC Errors Support.
