We seek mission-driven professionals to contribute to and grow with our company. The Consulting Associate (Junior) role targets candidates with 1–2 years of relevant experience, strong communication skills, and a keen interest in homeland security and justice projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (minimum) required.
• 1 to 4 years of relevant experience or comparable analytical experience in a directly relevant business role.
• Clearance: U.S. Citizenship only with ability to obtain Public Trust
• Willingness to travel to different locations
• Experience with federal government or grants management is a plus

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of tasks and workstreams on client projects.
• Document business processes, identify improvements, present solutions, and implement to achieve mission results.
• Analyze business problems using interviews, knowledge, context, and quantitative data to identify improvements.
• Collaborate with clients and teams to disseminate knowledge and speed up innovative solutions.
• Create high-quality deliverables including documents, presentations, and data dashboards.
• Support company service areas beyond the project scope to help growth.
