Job summary

Langan International, LLC is seeking an Entry‑Level Environmental Engineer, Scientist or Geologist to join our Pittsburgh team. You will contribute to site exploration activities including contaminated site investigation, remediation, sampling, and data management, with opportunities to work on diverse projects.

The role emphasizes learning, collaboration with senior staff, and growth across environmental disciplines; travel may be required, and internships are valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering, Environmental Science, or Geology required.
• Minimum GPA of 3.0.
• 0–2 years of work-related experience encouraged; internships welcomed.
• EIT certification or FE exam registration preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform field inspections and environmental investigations.
• Collect soil, air, groundwater samples and assist remediation.
• Log borings, collect samples, perform field tests and data recording.
• Oversee remediation activities and subcontractors per specifications.
• Prepare technical reports, plans, and data evaluations.
• Travel may be required based on project needs.
