Job summary

AbbVie is seeking an engineering/analyst professional who applies engineering knowledge to complete basic assignments in a technical field. You will support compliance with EH&S policies and AbbVie standards while contributing to project scope and execution.

You will plan and conduct small projects, coordinate with QA/Validation/Engineering teams, and assist in training personnel. This entry-level role requires a degree in engineering or science and flexibility for rotating shifts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Science (Biology & Biotechnology, preferred) or closely related discipline.
• Entry level position, less than two (2) years of experience is typical, biologics preferred.
• Full availability for rotating 12-hour shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Compliance with EH&S Global Policies, AbbVie Engineering Standards and other governance areas; identify risks.
• Define project scope with stakeholders and plan tasks to meet cost/quality/time targets.
• Plan and conduct small-sized projects; coordinate qualification activities with QA/Validation/Engineering teams.
