Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology or Computer Science.
• Qualified candidates, excluding current employees, must be legally authorized on an unrestricted basis to be employed in the United States.
• We do not anticipate providing employment related work sponsorship for this position.

Responsibilities

• Support the design, development, and integration of commercial vehicle systems and components while collaborating across engineering disciplines to deliver innovative, reliable, and customer-focused transportation solutions.
• Contribute to the planning and execution of vehicle, system, and component testing by utilizing instrumentation, data acquisition, and analysis tools to evaluate performance, functionality, and durability.
• Support validation activities to ensure vehicles and systems meet engineering requirements, performance targets, reliability expectations, and customer needs through real-world and controlled testing environments.
• Support engineering operations through prototype builds, facility and proving ground activities, technical process improvements, and cross-functional coordination that enable successful product development and testing programs.
• Help improve product quality and reliability by analyzing performance data, supporting root cause investigations, implementing corrective actions, and driving continuous improvement throughout the product development lifecycle.
