Job summary

Applied Research Solutions is seeking a Junior Program Manager located at Hanscom AFB in Bedford, Massachusetts. The role requires U.S. citizenship and a Top-Secret clearance with SCI eligibility, plus SAP background screening.

The selected candidate will support DoD program management activities, develop acquisition documents, and assist in scheduling and reporting. Salary ranges from $110,000 to $135,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications, with opportunities for growth

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizen required.
• Active Top-Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.
• Background check for SAP required.
• BA/BS + 4 years in the discipline or 8 years of related experience with appropriate certifications.

Responsibilities

• Possess knowledge of DoD acquisition policies and program management as defined in DoD guidance.
• Analyze and measure program effectiveness, cost, and schedule baselines.
• Develop acquisition reports and status briefings for senior management.
• Prepare program documentation and support briefings, schedules and plans.
• Assist in development of strategies to meet cost, schedule and performance objectives.
