Crossroads Church in Cincinnati, OH is seeking a Junior Disguise Programmer to grow with our Experience Team. You will help operate Disguise media servers, assist with live events, and learn real‑time storytelling for our immersive environments.

Under guidance from senior creatives, you’ll collaborate with designers, engineers, and stage staff to implement visuals, timelines, and content across LED volumes, XR workflows, and projection systems, while expanding your technical skillset.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience with Disguise or similar media server workflows.
• Basic familiarity with Disguise Designer software and live production.
• Strong desire to learn in a fast‑paced live environment.
• Understanding of LED, projection, and show control concepts.

Responsibilities

• Assist in programming, configuring, and operating Disguise media servers.
• Import, organize, and optimize video content within the workflow.
• Support timeline validation and handoff to operators.
• Collaborate with designers to implement visuals accurately.
• Provide on‑site and remote technical support for productions.
