Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in graphic design, animation, or related discipline preferred.
• 0-2 years of related professional work experience, showcased in an online portfolio.
• Strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud, esp. After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator and Premiere Pro.
• Experience with HTML5/CSS/JavaScript and producing responsive digital ads a plus.
• Experience with coding and designing email creative.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and build custom creative concepts for marketing, advertising and brand projects based on briefs and brand guidelines.
• Design digital assets including web banners, email templates and graphics, social graphics and rich-media ads.
• Assist in producing high-quality 2D animations for social and promo graphics.
• Develop visual concepts and storyboards for campaigns and content pieces.
• Pitch ideas to creative leadership and collaborate to meet business objectives.
• Work with existing campaign creatives and deliver assets for digital/social channels.
• Timely execution of all creative assets.
• Archive marketing materials and promotions.
