The Point Group in Plano, Texas is seeking a Junior Digital Content Creator to help produce social posts, reels, and digital assets for diverse clients. You will collaborate with our in‑house studios to learn video editing, design, and digital storytelling under guidance.

Candidates should show hands-on experience with social content and video editing, a portfolio, and a desire to grow in digital media.

Qualifications

Experience creating social content and short-form video.
Portfolio demonstrating video editing and basic design skills.
Working knowledge of CapCut, Canva, or similar tools.
Foundation in typography, color, composition, and visual storytelling.
Familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and related formats.
Degree, education or experience in marketing, digital media, graphic design or related field; not strictly required.

Responsibilities

Create and edit short-form videos for social platforms (Instagram Reels, TikTok, etc.).
Design social graphics and digital campaign assets.
Edit footage with captions, music, transitions and basic animation.
Adapt content for different platforms and brand standards.
Assist with planning, storyboarding, and production with senior creatives.
Collaborate with designers, copywriters, strategists, managers and producers.
Incorporate feedback and deliver organized files meeting deadlines.
Support web and landing-page design projects while learning UX/UI fundamentals.
Follow trends and share ideas aligned with client goals.
Explore new tools and AI-powered options under guidance.
