Qualifications

• Strong understanding of SQL language and database object relationships.
• Demonstrable skills in object-oriented programming and modern design patterns.
• Ability to communicate technical and complex information both orally and in writing.
• Must have Windows-based development experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop databases, programs, and procedures necessary for business processes.
• Summarize data and create/update reports as decision support tools.
• Support reporting platform to display organizational metrics.
• Communicate with business process owners to understand requirements.
• Enhance applications by creating new parameters and fixing bugs.
• Provide technical support and training to business process owners.
• Troubleshoot incidents related to operating systems and software.
• Document systems and applications for user departments.
• Assist Helpdesk in troubleshooting incidents impacting devices.
