Job summary

ISC Constructors seeks a curious, driven Junior Developer to join our Enterprise Solutions team in Baton Rouge. You will work with our Enterprise Solutions Architect and development staff to build and maintain financial and operational reporting, automate business processes, and develop data-driven solutions that support field operations, estimating, and project management.

This role offers direct mentorship and hands-on experience with AI, data engineering, and enterprise application

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
Proficiency in at least one modern programming language.
Familiarity with relational databases and SQL.
Exposure to working with large datasets, data cleaning, transformation, aggregation, and analysis.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain custom internal applications and business tools supporting field operations, project setup, and reporting.
Build and maintain integrations between enterprise systems including our ERP platform and third-party applications.
Design and query relational databases; work with large structured and unstructured datasets to support analytics and reporting initiatives.
Develop dashboards and data visualizations for leadership and operations teams.
Assist in the design and deployment of AI-assisted workflows, including document intelligence, automated reporting, and process automation.
