Qualifications

• Austin-based art designer with 1–3 years in an agency or in-house creative department.
• Strong sense of layout, photography, typography, color theory, and visual communication.
• Ability to translate a brand idea into compelling visuals.
• Proficiency with AI design tools and applying them responsibly.

Responsibilities

• Designing and producing social content for organic and paid placements across all four platforms
• Ideating and pitching video concepts for carousels, short videos, educational series and other formats
• Sourcing and selecting photography for landing pages, emails, display ads, and other marketing collateral
• Using AI-assisted design platforms to move fast without compromising quality
