We are currently seeking a Junior Designer/Project Manager to assist our Principal Designer. The ideal candidate is highly self‑motivated, extremely detail oriented, has strong time management and problem‑solving skills, is a quick study and is hungry to learn and contribute.

Qualifications

• Degree in Design and/or experience
• Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator, Trello and Google Docs
• Strong computer skills
• Ability to communicate effectively in writing
• Sound judgment, dependable, punctual and professional

Responsibilities

You will be involved in all facets of design from working with designers and clients.

• Managing projects and workflow to help lead the design process
• New and existing client interface (phone calls and in-person meetings)
• Working with our expediting team to ensure smooth project flow
• Developing designs and schedules
• Creating presentation boards and materials using Photoshop
• Data entry and budgeting for all projects
• Obtaining price quotes, maintaining budgets and working with our accounting team to send out estimates and monthly invoices
• Any other design related tasks that arise
