Job summary

US Tech Solutions is seeking a Junior Designer I for Lensa in Miami, FL. The role combines graphic design with planogram photography, producing images with SKUs and descriptions, and final production-ready assets for ads.

Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite is required; bilingual English/Spanish is essential due to high Spanish-language creative volume. Placement may involve collaboration with cross-functional teams and training for photography tasks.

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Industrial/Graphic/Interactive Design, Fine arts or equivalent work experience required.
Minimum of 2 years creative experience within Advertising/Marketing.
Bilingual required due to volume of Spanish language creative.
Experience in planogram photography is desired but not required; training available.

Responsibilities

Work closely with the Creative Manager on various design projects.
Provide design direction and ensure print projects meet expectations.
Lead design team and create integrated campaign components for marketing and merchandising.
Support marketing strategies and ensure projects meet business goals.
Present design concepts, incorporate feedback, and deliver production-ready assets.
Organize and manage day-to-day projects and maintain partnerships.
