Stash is seeking a Junior Designer to join our NYC-based creative team and report to the Art Director. You will bring the Stash brand to life across paid social, organic social, CRM and other marketing channels.

This hands-on role emphasizes design-forward work and collaboration with social and growth teams. With 1+ years of design experience and proficiency in Figma and the Adobe Creative Suite, you will create static and motion assets, adapt creatives for different formats, and explore AI

Qualifications

• 1+ years of design experience with social media creative.
• Portfolio showing strong visual design and social assets.
• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).
• Interest in paid social design and applying AI tools to workflow.
• Curiosity, attention to detail, and ability to handle multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Take briefs from concept to final assets with feedback from leads.
• Organize and maintain design files, templates, and asset libraries.
• Translate platform trends into on-brand creative for Stash.
• Experiment with AI design tools to speed production and explore concepts.
• Create static and motion assets for paid social across major platforms.
• Design organic social creative and adapt for placements and specs.
• Develop email marketing visuals from promo layouts to newsletters.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Growth, and Social teams; iterate on feedback.
