This is a hands-on learning role inside a design-led startup from the ground up.
This is an early-stage, equity-first role. Cash compensation is limited at the start.
This role is best suited for someone who wants hands-on experience, proximity to real product building, and long-term upside in an early company. Competitive compensation is planned as the company generates revenue or secures funding.
