Job summary

PAYETTE is seeking a junior level Architectural Designer to join our team in Boston for planning and design of complex technical buildings from design through construction.

Candidates should have a Bachelor or Master of Architecture and at least 1 year of professional experience, with strong design, visualization and communication skills and proficiency in Revit and/or Rhino. This is an on-site position in downtown Boston.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Architecture or Master of Architecture degree required.
• Minimum of 1 year of professional architectural experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and design of complex technical buildings such as research facilities, healthcare and laboratories.
• Support design development from concept through construction with strong visualization and presentation skills.
• Collaborate with large teams and work well under deadlines.

We are currently seeking ajunior level Architectural Designer to join our team in the planning and design of complex technical buildings such as research, healthcare and laboratory facilities from design through construction.

Candidates must have the following qualifications to be considered for the position:

• Bachelor of Architecture degree or a Master of Architecture degree
• At least 1 year of professional experience in an architectural firm

Other position qualifications include:

• Strong design and visualization skills
• Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills with various levels of individuals including clients, consultants, and architects
• Outstanding physical model building skills
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks, collaborate on large teams and work well under deadlines
• Experience with Revit and / or Rhino
