Torch Technologies is seeking a Junior-Level Modeling & Simulation Software Engineer to join the IAMDSIM team in Huntsville, AL. You will design, implement, test, and integrate real-time simulation models within a distributed system, and support data analysis with Python.

Requirements include U.S. citizenship, a BS in CS/related field, 2 years of experience, and the ability to obtain a secret clearance. Proficiency in C++, Java, Python, and Git/GitLab is expected.

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship required.
• BS degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, test, and maintain software simulation models in C++ and Java.
• Integrate third-party simulation models into a common simulation environment.
• Develop pre- and post-processing tools to analyze simulations.
• Support analysis post-processing libraries in Python.
