Job summary

Dark Wolf is hiring a Junior / Entry-Level Data Engineer to build and monitor scalable data pipelines in secure environments. You will ingest, clean, and transform data, work with senior engineers, and ensure data quality for mission-critical applications.

Responsibilities include ETL/ELT development, data ingestion, profiling, and containerized deployment with Docker. The role requires TS/SCI clearance and a relevant degree, with 0–4+ years’ experience.

Qualifications

• Must be a US Citizen with an active TS/SCI security clearance and Full-Scope Polygraph.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• 0–4+ years of data engineering experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist with constructing and maintaining ETL/ELT pipelines using Python and SQL.
• Support data ingestion from structured and unstructured sources into relational and non-relational databases.
• Perform basic data profiling, quality checks, and schema validation.
• Build, run, and maintain application modules using Docker for deployment.
• Execute automated security scanning tools and perform unit tests to ensure code quality and compliance.
• Participate actively in daily Agile activities, code reviews, and backlog refinement sessions.
