Job summary

Axiom Path is seeking a data analytics professional to join our corporate responsibility team in Columbus, Indiana. You will build and maintain Power BI reports, dashboards, and data models to enable reliable insights for employee giving, volunteering, and charitable campaigns.

Collaborate with IT and regional teams using SQL, data governance, and master data management to improve data quality, automate reporting workflows, and support enterprise decision-making in a hybrid work setting.

The team works across business stakeholders, regional groups, technology partners, vendors, and analytics teams to improve how information is managed, reported, and used for decision-making.

How You Will Make An Impact
  • Build, maintain, and enhance Power BI reporting solutions that provide stakeholders with reliable and actionable information.
  • Support operational reporting for employee giving and charitable campaign programs, including data organization, validation, processing, reconciliation, and reporting.
  • Assist with the migration of employee donation programs to a third-party platform, including validation and analysis of historical information.
  • Identify opportunities to replace manual Excel-based processes with more scalable and automated reporting workflows.
  • Collaborate with technology and regional teams to improve master data quality and integrate information with established enterprise data models.
  • Support data governance, reporting-model access, and data-lake asset management while improving overall data consistency and usability.
Do You Bring Proven Success in Data Analytics, Power BI, and Data Management?
  • Hands-on experience developing and maintaining Power BI reports, dashboards, and data models.
  • Working knowledge of SQL, data integration concepts, and enterprise reporting processes.
  • Experience supporting data quality, data governance, or master data management initiatives.
  • Ability to analyze, validate, organize, and reconcile data from multiple systems or business processes.
  • Strong stakeholder communication skills with the ability to translate reporting and data needs into practical solutions.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize multiple initiatives, and collaborate effectively with business and technical teams.
  • Experience with philanthropy, employee giving, pledging, grants, or donation platforms is beneficial.
  • Familiarity with HR data, enterprise data lakes, or cloud-based data environments is preferred.
  • Experience collaborating with geographically distributed or global teams is a plus.
