Responsibilities
- Create procedures and guidelines for records management.
- Identify processes that could be automated or made more efficient.
- Establish and maintain automated data processes to enable data validation and cleaning, locate, evaluate, and put into practice external services and technologies.
- Create and promote reporting procedures.
- Maintain and evaluate the data’s quality.
- Communicate with both internal and external clients to fully grasp the content of the data.
- Assemble, comprehend, and record specific business needs using the proper tools and methods.
- Design, implement, and analyze surveys and survey data.
- Utilize business analytics reporting technologies, manipulate, analyze, and interpret large data sets pertaining to the employer’s business to produce reports for internal and external audiences.
- Make data visualizations, graphs, and dashboards.
- Mine and analyze massive datasets, provide sector and competitor benchmarking.
Qualifications
0-2 years of experience with a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information technology, or related major.
- Professional or academic experience in data disciplines like Data Warehousing, Data Lake, Data Modeling, Data Mining, Data Profiling, Data Curation, etc.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate large data sets.
- Ability to work under direction, independently and in a team setting.
- Able to work effectively with vendors and IT leadership.
- Ability to organize information and communicate clearly and concisely.
