Global Dimensions, LLC seeks a Junior Cyber Systems Analyst to support USMC defense programs through cyber intelligence analysis, threat assessment, and lifecycle threat reporting. The role emphasizes evaluating cybersecurity posture, identifying adversary COAs, and producing concise analytic products for acquisition programs.

You will work with open-source resources and structured analytic techniques, leveraging Microsoft Office tools, and collaborating with U.S. government customers.

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship is required.
• Active TS/SCI security clearance with CI Polygraph.
• Minimum of 3 years of analysis experience in the labor category, with last 2 years in that period.
• Bachelor’s degree or 4 additional years of relevant experience may substitute for the degree.
• Working knowledge of cyber systems analyst labor category concepts and responsibilities.
• Familiarity with IC and DoD classification guidelines.
• Ability to work semi-independently with oversight.
• Ability to synthesize information from multiple sources and justify analytic judgments.
• Ability to produce concise analytic reports and briefing materials.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to conduct structured research and handle security/data protocols.
• Ability to identify contradictions and gaps in intelligence information.
• Knowledge of structured analytic techniques (ACH, Red Team, etc.).
• Understanding of intelligence collection capabilities and HUMINT relevance.
• Ability to evaluate intelligence reporting and coordinate collection requirements.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate cybersecurity posture of USMC defense programs and align with evolving practices.
• Analyze foreign capabilities to detect or disrupt USMC emissions and signals across the cyber kill chain.
• Monitor developments in emerging and commercial technologies impacting USMC networks.
• Identify network risk factors including classification, baseline activity, and architecture.
• Determine network boundaries and connected networks requiring intelligence collection.
• Assess existing databases for information gaps and opportunities.
• Use open-source resources to collect and assess Publicly Available Information (PAI).
• Analyze environmental factors affecting tactical operations and battlespace effects.
• Assess security measures, auditing procedures, backups, asset locations, and vulnerabilities.
• Evaluate ROE, IA, CND, CNA considerations and potential adversary COAs.
• Develop adversary COAs from their perspective and refine as new intel arrives.
• Assess foreign CND/CNA capabilities, limitations and vulnerabilities.
• Provide cyber analysis and intelligence production in support of mission requirements.
• Coordinate Threat Steering Groups with USMC CD&I to identify risk drivers.
