Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in criminal proceedings, including hearings, plea negotiations, and trials.
• Conduct legal research, draft motions, and assist in case strategy development.
• Interview clients and witnesses, evaluate evidence, and contribute to defense planning.
• Collaborate with senior counsel on case management and client engagement.
• Maintain current knowledge of Pennsylvania criminal law and procedures.
