Accenture Federal Services is seeking a creative Copywriter to craft clear, strategic copy for email campaigns and scripted phone channels. You will collaborate with strategists, designers and the tech team to ensure messaging aligns with campaign briefs and client direction.

You will develop guided scripts and training materials for call center agents, run tests for email copy, and incorporate feedback from client and legal reviews to maintain brand voice and QA of assets.
