MMRConsulting, an engineering and consulting firm specializing in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries, seeks a Jr. CQV Engineer to join our growing team.

You will work with engineers on design, commissioning, qualification, start-up, and project management of processes and facilities at client sites. The ideal candidate possesses leadership skills to guide intermediate and junior engineers, and is prepared to travel; location is client sites including the Greater Denver/Boulder area

Qualifications

• Engineering degree required, preferably Mechanical, Electrical or Chemical.
• Strong multitasking and leadership skills to manage teams of engineers.
• Willingness to travel to client sites as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical guidance in commissioning, qualification and start-up of pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical process equipment and facilities.
• Lead development of qualification deliverables (DQ, FAT, SAT, IQ, OQ, PQ) during project lifecycle.
• Conduct field execution of qualification test cases and protocols.
• Support development of Project Validation Plans to ensure tests are applicable and relevant.
• Lead qualification processes throughout the project lifecycle to ensure timely completion.
• Coordinate meetings with cross-functional teams to drive progress and decisions.
• Supervise contractors during critical testing activities.
