You’ll write across channels (social, digital, ads, scripts, and more), participate in creative brainstorms, and learn how great ideas get built and executed in a full-service agency. This is a craft-building role, and we’re invested in your growth. If you’re a sharp writer with a conceptual itch and the humility to take feedback and run with it, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Write copy across formats — social, digital, email, ads, scripts, and more — under the guidance of senior writers
• Participate in brainstorms and concepting sessions alongside art directors and creative leads
• Adapt to and apply client brand voices, tones, and messaging frameworks with consistency
• Deliver multiple rounds of copy options, exploring different directions before landing on the strongest
• Proofread and self-edit to deliver clean, error-free work every time
• Take feedback from senior creatives and use it to improve the work — not just fix it

Skills & Qualifications

• 0–2 years of experience in a creative, agency, marketing, or content environment (internships count)
• A portfolio that demonstrates writing range, conceptual thinking, and executional quality — student or spec work welcome
• Strong command of grammar, style, and the ability to write in distinct voices and tones
• Conceptual curiosity — you think past the obvious and explore ideas before defaulting to execution
• Collaborative by nature and receptive to feedback; you understand great creative is rarely made alone
• A genuine interest in brands, audiences, and what makes people pay attention
