Job summary

NRB Jobs Training seeks a Jr Copy Coordinator to support copy operations and coordinate PDP/SEO copy for a luxury brand's ecommerce site. You will organize features and benefits, QA website copy weekly, and keep PDP copy aligned with stock changes.

You will also collaborate with a copywriter to maintain brand voice, write SEO content for categories, and update the Launch Tracker daily, ensuring timely delivery of all copy assets.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read and write English fluently.
• CMS knowledge preferred.
• Basic knowledge of Excel.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate collection and documentation of features & benefits for each season’s styles.
• Perform website copy + filter QA on a weekly basis.
• Monitor and adjust copy discrepancies and inconsistencies.
• Edit PDP copy to align with reshoots due to stock discrepancies.
• Organize and upload romance and bullet copy for PDPs.
• Attach filters to new styles during copy upload.
• Partner with the copywriter for consistent tone and SEO copy.
• Write SEO copy for site categories and update Launch Tracker daily.
• Support the copywriter in developing and revising copy points for Wholesale.
