IREKS GmbH in Kulmbach sucht eine/n Betriebswirt/in oder Bilanzbuchhalter/in zur Verstärkung des operativen Controllings. Sie arbeiten an Kosten- und Group-Controlling, bereiten Exportergebnisse für Märkte auf und wirken an internen Kennzahlen sowie Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen mit.

Sie verfügen über ein betriebswirtschaftliches Studium oder äquivalente Qualifikation, beherrschen MS Office, insbesondere Excel, und bringen Deutsch C1 sowie Englisch B2 mit.

Responsibilities

• Unterstützung des operativen Controllings in allen relevanten Aufgaben
• Übernahme spezifischer Aufgaben im Kosten-Controlling der Unternehmensgruppe nach intensiver Einarbeitung
• Aufbereitung von Exportergebnissen für alle Ländermärkte
• Mitwirkung bei der Erstellung interner Kennzahlen sowie bei Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen und Planungsprozessen
• Unterstützung bei der Konzeption, Erstellung und Interpretation von Managementberichten und Ad-hoc-Analysen
• Unterstützung gruppenweiter Projekte auf nationaler und internationaler Ebene

Introduction

Your Tasks

• Support of operational controlling in all important tasks
• Taking on specific tasks within cost accounting for our Company Group after extensive induction
• Preparation of export results for all country markets
• Participation in the preparation of internal key figures as well as the quarterly and annual financial statements and the planning process
• Collaboration in the conceptual design, creation and interpretation of management reports and ad hoc analyses
• Support of group-wide projects at a national and international level

Your Profile

• Successfully completed studies in business administration, ideally with a focus on accounting/controllingor equivalent qualifications, such as “Bilanzbuchhalter” (certified accountant), “Betriebswirt” (certified business economist) or “Fachwirt” (certified business specialist) with the relevant specialisation
• Career starters or applicants with initial professional experience in a comparable business area and a comparable area of responsibility are welcome
• Language skills according to CEF: German C1, English B2
• Sound knowledge of MS Office, experienced handling of Excel
• Analytical way of thinking and understanding of complex interrelationships
• Quick comprehension, affinity with numbers as well as strong communication and teamwork skills
