Job summary

The ideal candidate holds an Associates Degree and has basic knowledge of safety principles, along with strong organizational and communication skills to coordinate training, inspections, and safety meetings.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent in safety/engineering or related field.
• Understanding of safety/environmental principles and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Assist with training on safe work practices and EH&S programs.
• Review subcontractor safety programs for compliance with policies and regulations.
• Assist in administering drug screening per project requirements.
• Coordinate preconstruction meetings and worker orientations.
• Maintain safety records including JHAs, training and OSHA logs.
• Conduct site safety audits and report violations for corrective action.
• Support pre-task planning and job hazard analyses for contractors.
