Responsibilities

• Coordinate work with project owner representatives, architects, engineers, inspectors, and subcontractors.
• Assist in managing estimating and bidding processes and tracking costs to support budget control.
• Resolve design issues and clarify field questions as they arise.
• Identify and resolve field issues and change orders.
• Write contracts and purchase orders to document ordered work, schedules, costs and specs.
• Participate in meetings to coordinate work and manage labor concerns.
• Ensure work complies with quality standards and contract specifications.
• Support project schedules and track progress against milestones.
• Document technical, financial and personnel aspects of each project.
• Review drawings, specifications, submittals and change orders and monitor trade progress.
