Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in construction estimating, preferably in facilities or school projects.
• Understanding of local construction costs (labor & materials).
• Experience with change orders and scope development.

Responsibilities

• Prepare independent cost estimates for construction projects.
• Assist with change order pricing and negotiations.
• Support claim analysis and cost evaluations.
• Review contractor proposals for accuracy and accountability.
• Develop detailed estimates based on drawings, specs, and RFIs.
• Research market pricing trends (labor & materials).
• Collaborate with PM/CM teams to support decision-making.
