Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Operate calibrated equipment for manufacturing processes.
• Lay out articles and cut parts to size.
• Apply bonding agents and bond assemblies.
• Run vacuum and industrial ovens for bonding.
• Control heat, pressure, timing per specs.
• Sand, burr, smooth, and seal exposed edges.
• Repair bonded products per inspection instructions.
• Verify finished product quality.
• Generate production packages with traceability.
• Follow detailed work instructions.
• Handle chemicals safely.
