The ideal candidate has a recent degree in communications or related fields and excellent writing skills, with a basic understanding of social media tools

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong command of grammar and style.
• Basic understanding of social media platforms and content management tools.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting and take direction from senior staff.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Develop and draft clear, concise, and engaging content for internal and external communications including press releases, newsletters, social media posts, and company announcements.
• Assist in managing social media platforms by creating and scheduling content that aligns with the company’s messaging and marketing objectives.
• Support the communications team in planning and executing public relations campaigns and events to enhance company visibility.
• Monitor media coverage and compile regular reports to inform senior management about public perception and communication effectiveness.
