The program provides hands-on experience working alongside professionals in the world’s leading commercial real estate services firm. You will conduct market research, manage a tracking database, prepare marketing materials, and support deal activity with financial analysis and proposals.

Qualifications

This internship is designed for current college students (undergraduate or graduate) pursuing a career in commercial real estate.
Applicants should be self-motivated, creative and focused.
Experience with MS Office, especially Word and Excel, is expected.
Strong presentation and communication skills are required.
Ability to network and interact with internal and external clients in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Conduct company, property and industry-specific research.
Lead and update prospects in an internal tracking database.
Assist in developing and preparing marketing and presentation materials.
Track local and regional activity related to the real estate market.
Contribute to business development projects.
Support current deals with market surveys, proposals, lease reviews, and financial analysis.
