Nason, Yeager, Gerson, Harris & Fumero, P.A. is seeking a Junior Commercial Litigation Associate for its Commercial Litigation practice in Palm Beach Gardens.

This in-office role offers hands-on experience handling sophisticated business disputes under the guidance of seasoned litigators. Ideal candidates have a JD, Florida Bar status, and up to three years of relevant litigation experience, with strong research, writing, and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
• Active membership in good standing with The Florida Bar.
• Zero to three years of litigation experience, preferably in commercial or business litigation.
• Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the management and litigation of complex commercial disputes in state and federal courts.
• Draft pleadings, motions, memoranda, briefs, and other litigation-related documents.
• Conduct legal research and prepare analyses of legal issues and case strategy.
• Manage and oversee written discovery, including drafting and responding to interrogatories, requests for production, and requests for admission.
• Review, analyze, and organize documentary evidence and business records.
• Prepare for and participate in depositions, hearings, mediations, and other proceedings.
• Assist with witness preparation, exhibit management, and trial preparation.
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, experts, and court personnel.
• Maintain case deadlines and ensure compliance with court rules and scheduling orders.
• Collaborate with attorneys and support staff to provide exceptional client service and achieve favorable outcomes.
