GreenLine Electronics in Atlanta is seeking a highly motivated Junior Commercial Architect for an immediate start. This contract role offers an entry-level path with mentorship from senior architects and exposure to all aspects of commercial design.

You will use AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp to develop concepts, create drawings, and build 3D models while learning building codes and construction processes. Strong communication and organization are essential as you work with contractors and clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field or equivalent work experience
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or other design software programs
• Strong understanding of building codes, zoning laws, and construction processes
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with team members
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with senior architects to develop design concepts and plans for commercial buildings
• Utilize AutoCAD, Revit and SketchUp to create detailed drawings and 3D models
• Assist in conducting site visits, surveys and analysis to gather information for project designs
• Research building codes, zoning laws and regulations to ensure design compliance
• Work with contractors, engineers and team members to ensure efficient project completion
• Participate in client meetings and presentations to discuss design options and modifications
