Job summary

BOK Financial is seeking a CMO Structurer - Trader I to support the Agency Collateralized Mortgage Obligation structuring program. The role is developmental, aimed at building foundational expertise in trading and analytics. The candidate will assist in creating CMOs, serve as a market maker, and collaborate with sales teams for client solutions. A Bachelor’s in Finance or Economics with 1+ year experience in trading or structuring is required. This position offers a competitive salary between $80,000 and $100,000.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of related experience in mortgage-backed securities trading or structuring.
• Experience preparing daily P&L and risk metrics in trading environment.
• Ability to obtain SIE, Series 7, and Series 63 licenses within 3–6 months.

Responsibilities

• Assist in creating new issue Agency CMOs based on client demand.
• Serve as a market maker for Agency CMOs, providing liquidity.
• Work closely with sales teams to understand client demand.
• Develop productive relationships with external counterparties.
• Monitor market developments for trade opportunities.
• Prepare daily P&L reports and manage hedging strategies.
