Job summary

Cognizant in Englewood, CO is looking for a Junior Cybersecurity Analyst – Cloud, Network, Infrastructure Security & IAM. You will support security operations across cloud platforms, networks, and enterprise infrastructure, under guidance of senior IAM engineers.

This entry‑level role provides hands‑on experience in identity and access management, incident response, and vulnerability remediation, with clear progression into specialized security roles at Cognizant.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science with cybersecurity focus.
• Exposure to cybersecurity, infra, network ops or IAM.
• Nice-to-have Azure/AWS Fundamentals, Network+, Security certs.

Responsibilities

• Monitor security events across Cloud, Network and Infrastructure.
• Assist with cloud security controls for Azure, AWS, GCP.
• Support network security operations including firewalls and VPNs.
• Help with vulnerability scanning, patch validation and remediation.
• Assist with IAM provisioning, access reviews, and PAM activities.
• Participate in incident response, triage, and documentation.
• Maintain IAM docs, SOPs and runbooks.
