Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT or related field or equivalent practical experience.
• Hands-on experience in cloud, DevOps, or systems engineering roles (internships, projects, or certifications).
• Foundational understanding of at least one major cloud platform (GCP, AWS, or Azure).
• Linux fundamentals: file system, permissions, shell, safe commands.
• Networking concepts: TCP/IP, DNS, subnets, firewalls.
• Version control with Git and CI/CD concepts.
• Strong written and verbal English communication.
• Ability to follow documented procedures precisely.

Responsibilities

• Provision, manage, and decommission VMs and cloud resources per runbooks.
• Execute IAM role assignments and access reviews per policies.
• Support and maintain CI/CD pipelines, troubleshoot builds, deploy automation.
• Apply infrastructure-as-code changes under code review (Terraform or equivalent).
• Assist with basic networking configurations under supervision.
• Monitor cloud resource utilization and flag performance/cost anomalies.
• Maintain documentation of infrastructure changes and SOPs.
• Participate in on-call rotation as competency grows.
• Progressively take on higher-complexity tasks under mentorship.
